At Flores do Cabo we take pride in offering high-quality furniture, vintage Persian rugs, exclusive art pieces, luxury kitchen appliances and design kitchens of excellence. Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we ask that you carefully review our return policy before making a purchase.

 

1. General Return Policy
All sales are considered final. However, returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description
  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving the item
  • The item is returned in its original condition and packaging, where applicable

 

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or commissioned artwork
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Products that show signs of use or installation (e.g., mounted art, unwrapped rugs)

 

3. Return Process
To request a return, please follow these steps

  • Contact our customer support team at info@floresdocabo.pt within 3 days of delivery
  • Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
  • Await return authorization and shipping instructions

 

4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit or replacement will be applied to your original payment method.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges due to the unique inventory we carry. If you’d like a replacement, please inquire about availability or place a new order.
